Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a new permanent position available for a Registered Manager to work Full Time for Sisma Care, based in the EBD Children’s Home, Slough.

The salary for this permanent Registered Manager job is up to £75,000 per annum.

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Ofsted standards.
  • Work alongside a highly experienced responsible individual and passionate owners to support registration and Ofsted preparation.
  • Recruit, manage, and inspire a dedicated team of care staff.
  • Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans for.
  • Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure excellent communication and outcomes.
  • Monitor quality through audits, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and regulatory standards are consistently met.
Requirements of this Registered Manager role:
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management for children and young people or equivalent (or working towards).
  • Proven experience in children’s residential care, ideally in EBD settings.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of Ofsted fundamental standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding, child-focused care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
