A reputable recruitment agency is seeking a Registered Manager for a 'Good' rated Fostering service in the East Midlands. This full-time position offers hybrid working with up to £60,000 dependent on experience, along with comprehensive benefits including a car allowance and generous annual leave. Candidates should possess significant experience in fostering teams and relevant qualifications in social work and management.
We are looking for a Registered Manager (Registered with OFSTED) for this "Good" rated Fostering service in the East Midlands. This is a full-time position with hybrid working, 3 days in the office.
You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship).

About you
The successful candidate will have significant experience within Fostering teams, reaching senior management levels, post-qualification, with an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation. You will need a Level 4 or Level 5 in Leadership & Management qualification and experience in budget management.
