Job description

We are looking for a Registered Manager (Registered with OFSTED) for this "Good" rated Fostering service in the East Midlands. This is a full-time position with hybrid working, 3 days in the office.

You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship).

About the team

This organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and their families, working with a therapeutic approach. They are very creative in their work and have multiple children's services.

About you

The successful candidate will have significant experience within Fostering teams, reaching senior management levels, post-qualification, with an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation. You will need a Level 4 or Level 5 in Leadership & Management qualification and experience in budget management.
