Overview

We are seeking a confident and experienced Registered Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our established domiciliary care branch in Rochdale. With a strong team and infrastructure already in place, this role is ideal for a motivated and quality-driven manager focusing on compliance, service growth, and team development—without the added pressures of on-call duties or personal care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of a well-established domiciliary care service
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high standards of care delivery
• Lead, mentor, and support a team including office staff, care coordinators, and senior care workers
• Drive recruitment, improve staff retention, and support ongoing development of all team members
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external professionals to promote person-centred care
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the branch's sustainable growth
• Benefit from a leadership position with no on-call or personal care delivery requirements

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a domiciliary care setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance expectations
• Hold or be working towards NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care
• A professional and proactive individual with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding care
