Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with regulations, manage staff, and foster a therapeutic environment. Youll be responsible for theday-to-day operations, ensuring full compliance withChildrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015andOfsted Quality Standards.
