About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 9-bed adult residential service in the Manchester area, supporting individuals aged 6-70 years old.

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for ensuring a safe, caring, and high-quality environment, while leading a dedicated team and maintaining compliance with CQC regulations. This role offers genuine opportunities for internal progression and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the residential service
