We are looking for an Experienced Registered Manager for our Children's Home in Kent. This 4-bed EBD Home will cater to children aged 8-18. The provider is an already established name within the children's residential sector with a home already open within the borough and rated as Good in all areas with Ofsted.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with Ofsted to ensure the home's registration.

Key Requirements:
Responsibilities include managing the residential home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted legislation, training staff, developing care plans, and fostering relationships with external professionals, but above all ensuring that the children in our care are happy, healthy and seek out positive outcomes in all that they do.
