A private psychiatric clinic is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee operations at their Manchester office. This role involves ensuring legal compliance, leading governance initiatives, and optimizing ADHD/Autism pathways. The ideal candidate has proven experience in a CQC-regulated setting and a commitment to high-quality care. The position offers flexible hybrid working arrangements, good leadership opportunities, and continuous professional development investments.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of the next phase of growth at Harley Street Mental Health at our head office in Altrincham, Manchester.
We're a fast-growing, clinician-led service delivering adult ADHD and wider neurodevelopmental care to both private and NHS patients. You'll hold day-to-day accountability for safety, quality and patient experience, turning good practice into outstanding, inspection-ready care in line with CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) for safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led services. If you love clinical governance, can build high-performing teams, and turn data into improvement, this is a role with genuine scope and impact. You'll lead the mobilisation of new NHS pathways while strengthening our premium private service, working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, and a specialist titration team. In return you'll get strategic influence, supportive medical leadership, flexible hybrid working and strong CPD investment. Join us on our expansion to our outstanding person-centred ADHD services that deliver measurable outcomes for every patient.

Founded by Psychiatrists, the clinic emphasises personalized, evidence-based care that adheres to NICE guidelines, UKAAN standards, and CQC regulations, prioritizing transparency and patient empowerment over one-size-fits-all approaches. We are now expanding into the NHS, and require a Registered Manager for our Manchester office to help guide this expansion.
