Responsibilities

As a Registered Children's Home Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a children's residential home, including a two-bedroom facility for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties, along with another home located a short distance away.

Qualifications
  • Previously worked as a Registered Manager, Children\'s Home Manager, Care Manager, Homecare Manager, Home Manager or in a similar role.
  • Must have recent experience in managing a children\'s care home.
  • Hold qualification to be registered with Ofsted for a children\'s residential home, including a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care for Children and Young People.
  • Thorough knowledge of Ofsted requirements and compliance standards.
