About the Role

We are recruiting a dedicated and experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a nursing home near Dover and Folkestone. The service provides high‑quality, person‑centred care for adults with a range of learning and physical disabilities, including more complex needs such as:

• Autistic Spectrum Disorder

• Down Syndrome

• Challenging Behaviour

• Severe Hearing Impairment

• Additional or compounding mental health needs
