Theduties will vary depending on the needs of the department with the dayspriorities agreed with the Head of Healthcare and Senior Clinical Lead. You will work with the multi-disciplinaryteam to deliver excellent healthcare service which is evidenced based,person-centre, and non-judgement care.You will share knowledge, skills and expertise to ensure an open,learning environment and encourage others in the team to continue theirprofessional development, including providing leadership to junior staff.

Youwill work closely with our partners and stakeholders striving for continuousquality improvement and ensuring healthcare records are maintained inaccordance with governance policies.

Campsfield House ImmigrationRemoval Centre (IRC)

Campsfield House IRC is a secure facility currentlydesigned to accommodate up to 160 male residents in both single and dualoccupancy rooms. The centre houses a combination of time-served foreignnational offenders and immigration offenders while the Home Office arrangestheir removal from the UK.

Residents are not permitted to leave the centre or accessthe local area. Consequently, recreational, educational, healthcare, living,and faith-related facilities are provided entirely onsite.

The healthcare department provides a range of servicesincluding primary care, mental health, substance misuse, pharmacy, dental,optometry, physiotherapy, podiatry, and audiology delivered either by us or ourspecialist partners.

Join us at the beginningWhere possible, this role will be starting before the centre opens.During this period, you will be undertaking your company and centre induction,supporting setting up the department, helping where required, and generallysupporting the service to go live as prepared as we can be.
