• Valid NMC pin and completed preceptorship (if newly qualified).
• At least 6 months’ experience working as a Children's Nurse.
• Up-to-date vaccinations/immunity records.
• Enhanced DBS check registered on the update service.
• Mandatory training aligned with Skills for Health UK CSTF standards.
• Two clinical references covering at least a year.
