We have a fantastic opportunity for a Care manager, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the new Radfield Home Care Office in Spalding.

You’ll be driving success and growth by promoting the right working environment, maintaining standards and ensuring quality. In simple terms you’ll be making sure that our care professionals get the support they need and our clients get the care that’s right for them.

You’re someone with a proven ability to take responsibility and excellent leadership skills. You love the challenge of a busy, fluid working environment where no two days are ever the same. You’re a people person, with experience of recruiting, managing and developing a team in a client-focused organisation and previous experience working for a home care agency. UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.

We are also interested to hear from Deputy Care Managers and Care Co-ordinators who may be looking for their next step in their care career.

Successful applicants who do not hold a qualification in Leadership and Management in Care or equivalent will start working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care
