A national home care provider is seeking a Care Assistant in Spalding. This role involves managing day-to-day operations and supporting care professionals. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Care manager, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the new Radfield Home Care Office in Spalding.

You’re someone with a proven ability to take responsibility and excellent leadership skills. You love the challenge of a busy, fluid working environment where no two days are ever the same. You’re a people person, with experience of recruiting, managing and developing a team in a client-focused organisation and previous experience working for a home care agency. UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.

Successful applicants who do not hold a qualification in Leadership and Management in Care or equivalent will start working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care
