Overview

As Registered Manager of this forward-thinking supported living service, you'll guide and inspire teams supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs to live with independence, dignity, and confidence. If you're ready to bring vision and structure to a role that changes lives, this could be your next step. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) and will require travel across supported living sites in the West Midlands and Staffordshire area - a driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Overall management of supported living services across the designated areas
  • Lead, develop and supervise staff teams to deliver consistent, person-centred care
  • Ensure services are fully compliant with CQC and internal quality standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, external professionals, and commissioners
  • Drive continuous improvement and service development
  • Oversee risk assessments, care planning, and safeguarding processes
  • Promote independence, choice, and a fulfilling quality of life for those supported
Qualifications
  • Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy looking to step up
  • Solid background in supported living or complex care environments
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and supported living frameworks
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A person-centred approach with a strong commitment to dignity, inclusion, and positive outcomes
