A UK housing association is seeking a Registered Care Manager to oversee the management and leadership of their Extra Care Service in Huddersfield. You will ensure service quality and regulatory compliance while promoting the wellbeing of service users. The ideal candidate will have experience with CQC regulated services and must possess strong communication and planning skills. Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £42,802.07 per annum
Working Hours: 37.5 per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, with flexibility required

You will hold a CQC registration and oversee the operation, management and leadership of our Extra Care Service and hybrid support to nearby services. You will ensure performance, quality assurance and continuous improvement, promoting health, independence and wellbeing of people who use services.
You will deliver a safe, caring, compassionate and outstanding service that meets CQC regulatory requirements. Experience managing CQC regulated services, with experience of extra care, is required. Experience of housing is desirable but not essential. Flexible Monday to Friday, with weekend work as needed.
