The team is the first point of contact for new business and external callers at A&O Shearman. Our team delivers essential support services across our offices, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Switchboard and reservations: We manage internal, external, and international calls, acting as the first voice of the firm for new business enquiries.
Our goal: deliver a professional and high-quality experience every time.
Facilities helpdesk: We log and manage facilities and engineering requests through our online system. Our responsibilities include:
