Agri-Lloyd – The Secret’s in the Science – is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of independent sales agents across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader in ruminant nutrition and health products, with a legacy of innovation and excellence since 1984.

About The Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your region’s short, medium, and long‑term development. Reporting to the Divisional Director, you’ll be responsible for delivering and exceeding regional sales targets, developing strategic business plans, and coaching a high‑performing team of agents across the Beef, Sheep, and Dairy sectors.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Agri‑Lloyd by:

  • Creating and executing annual regional business plans
  • Motivating and mentoring sales agents to achieve their goals
  • Conducting regular field visits and performance reviews
  • Organising regional sales meetings and knowledge transfer events
  • Analysing sales data and proposing strategic actions
  • Representing Agri‑Lloyd at agricultural shows and events
About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A proven sales leader with at least 3 years’ experience in sales management
  • Experienced in the agricultural sector, ideally with premium product sales
  • Knowledgeable in livestock farming and concept selling
  • A confident communicator and natural motivator
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and IT skills
  • Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and a true team player

You’ll also need to be flexible, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service to both your team and customers.
