Our portfolio includes leading brands such as ASSA ABLOY, Exidor, Lorient, Mul-T-Lock, Union and SAS offering the industry's broadest selection of door hardware – from locks, architectural hardware, sealing systems, to door closers and panic exit devices. We provide high quality solutions, expertise, and consultative advice to specifiers, trade distributors, locksmiths & door manufacturers – ensuring people and assets are safe and secure.

Join Lorient, a trusted leader in high-performance sealing systems, with over 45 years of innovation in fire, smoke, acoustic, and thermal containment solutions. Our products play a vital role in protecting buildings and saving lives, and we’re proud to be shaping the future of the industry through technical excellence and customer partnership.

The primary objective of this position is:

To manage and grow business covering the midlands through to the north of England & Scotland, focusing on account development, project-based quotations, outbound business development, and lead conversion. This includes generating and coordinating new opportunities, managing the “Quote Bank,” and promoting Lorient’s range to maximise sales and market presence.

Key responsibilities and duties are to:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct regular client visits and follow up on qualified leads.
  • Coordinate customer activity with the Internal Sales team.
  • Contribute to sales meetings, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and submit quarterly performance reviews.
  • Achieve revenue, margin, and KPI targets.
  • Monitor market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximise sales and support product development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will:
