A leading beverage company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales performance in Northwest England. The successful candidate will lead a team of Customer Development Executives, build strong customer partnerships, and achieve ambitious sales targets. This role requires a competitive sales leader with a proven track record in a fast-paced FMCG environment and strong negotiation skills. Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.
With a strong national footprint, the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 6 production facilities and 16 logistics depot’s servicing customers up and down the UK. As these two historical businesses have come together, the one common goal remains, and that is ensuring our people succeed.
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager with passion and expertise in driving sales performance ahead of the market, for your region.
Your responsibility is to strategically build and strengthen partnerships with key customers in your Region. This will help grow Britvic’s share of the soft drinks category through a team of Customer Development Execs in the Convenience Symbol & Independent channel.

As a Regional Sales Manager for Britvic Convenience, you will:
Ultimately, it’s about owning the sales and share performance of Britvic brands across your region and seeking out opportunities to deliver ahead of the market.

You must hold a full driving licence+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+- b> and be able to travel nationally.
