Overview

Regional Sales Manager

Salary £55,000 + Bonus + car allowance

Exciting opportunity to join a market leading business in the design and construction industry. With a focus on the healthcare sector, you will identify opportunities within NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers and other relevant markets.

We are keen to hear from candidates with a solid background in business development or sales, ideally within the construction or healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities within the NHS and private healthcare sectors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within healthcare and construction
  • Build a healthy sales pipeline, overseeing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
  • Provide professional consultation to meet the needs of NHS Trusts and private healthcare organisations
  • Communicate the benefits of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and rental-based agreements for healthcare facilities
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations
  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends
  • Contribute to strategic sales planning and market expansion efforts
  • Lead contract discussions and negotiations
  • Work closely with internal teams, including manufacturing, operations, and finance to ensure successful delivery of projects and an excellent client experience
What we are looking for
  • Proven success in business development, sales or client acquisition within healthcare, construction or related sectors
  • Strong understanding of the UK healthcare system
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Have managed high-value deals
  • Persistence and tenacity as this can be a long sales process
  • Can cover North of Birmingham and happy to travel
