About the Role

We are pleased to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional, with a strong background in temporary staffing, to join our client's team in a key internal role. Our client is a highly respected and rapidly growing national plant hire business, renowned for its commitment to quality and service. As part of their ongoing expansion, they are now looking for a Regional Resourcing Coordinator to oversee recruitment for their Midlands operations.

As the Regional Resourcing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the recruitment and coordination of plant operators within the Midlands region. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring that all plant operators are fully compliant, competent, and operating in line with industry safety standards. You will work closely with internal hire teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment to meet the staffing needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process for plant operators, ensuring a seamless flow from candidate sourcing through to placement.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide timely resourcing solutions.
  • Ensure that all hired personnel meet the required competency and compliance standards, including necessary qualifications and certifications.
  • Monitor and track the safety record of plant operators to ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
