  • Background in Complex Care Nursing, ideally within community settings.

Responsibilities

  • Partake in mobilisation, delivery, and quality assurance of complex care packages.
  • Manage your diary flexibly to meet the needs of your caseload.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams for compliance.
  • Support recruitment and development of skilled workforce.
  • Handle challenging conversations with professionalism.
  • Participate in out of hours on-call (on rotation).
