  • Track record of achieving CQC Good/Outstanding ratings.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and performance-manage Registered/Service Managers.
  • Audit services and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Plan and manage new residential services.
  • Complete assessments and manage occupancy.
  • Own regional P&L and prepare costings.
  • Build relationships with commissioners and partners.
