Our client is a well-established, multi-site organisation looking to strengthen its people function. Following recent growth and evolving operational needs, they are seeking a proactive HR professional to partner with management teams and help shape a supportive, high-performing work environment.

Reporting into the divisional lead, this role will provide operational, end-to-end HR support, including performance management, employee relations, change management, development planning, and recruitment for management roles. You will work closely with operational leaders to deliver integrated solutions, support employee welfare initiatives, and contribute to the implementation of key people strategies across the business.

You will be an experienced HR Business Partner/Senior HR Advisor, ideally CIPD qualified or working towards it, with a track record in employee relations, performance management, and generalist HR support within a multi-site business. Strong relationship management, influencing skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach are essential. The ability to navigate change, coach managers effectively, and maintain confidentiality will be key to your success. Essentially you must be able to drive and have your own vehicle.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact in a growing organisation, supporting both employees and leadership in creating an engaging, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
