Job summary

A leading care provider is seeking a solutions-focused People Partner to ensure operational excellence within their homes. This regional role entails providing expert guidance, coaching Home Managers, and driving compliance across multiple sites. Ideal candidates should possess a CIPD Level 7 qualification and a proven HR background, particularly in complex Employee Relations. Competitive salary of circa £50,000 plus benefits. Regular travel required across East Anglia.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a high-level HR generalist or specialist managing complex ER end-to-end.
  • Experience in the Care Sector or a multi-site operational environment is an advantage.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert, hands-on case management and counsel on complex ER matters.
  • Design and deliver focused training and coaching for Home Managers.
  • Drive the effective and consistent application of People policies across all homes.
  • Support managers in establishing performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure critical people data and documentation are maintained.
