- Contract: Permanent / 37.5 hours per week
- Salary: circa £49,000 plus bonus and car allowance (or cash alternative)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30
- You will cover a wide range of areas within the South East (Kent, Sussex, Essex, Surrey) and the East/Midlands (Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire), and therefore we are flexible with the base location for this role.
Role: Regional Finance Business Partner to join the Network Finance Team, working across regional depots and collaborating with Regional Finance Managers on projects, developing strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Management of Weekly P&L including revenue analysis, monthly and year end reporting, with concise consolidated reporting
- Review of daily/weekly reporting and ownership of weekly P&L review
- Be first point of contact for depot manager – holding daily/weekly calls and creating/logging relevant action plans
- Compiling annual/quarterly plans and presenting these to Senior Management team members
- Preparation of monthly balance sheets
- Identifying cost savings, efficiencies and risks for the region
- Leading a team within the Network audit process while managing junior members
- Review and redesign existing processes to facilitate decision making; positive ‘can-do’ attitude is crucial
- Taking the lead on specific projects to ensure delivery on time and in full
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will be newly qualified or actively working towards ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Reporting Suite applications
- Keen eye for detail and high-quality presentation of work
