Job summary

A leading technology solutions company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand their presence in Scotland. The role involves driving new business and nurturing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in Software/SaaS, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing complex sales processes. Success in this role will be critical to delivering quarterly revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in a fast-paced market.
  • 3+ years of proven success in Software/SaaS sales in Scottish markets.
  • Proven ability to expand, upsell, and cross-sell within accounts.
  • Skilled in developing business relationships and communication.
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of deals using MEDDPICC.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver iACV revenue every quarter.
  • Build and maintain a 3x pipeline of business.
  • Acquire new logos and sales into existing accounts.
  • Establish favourable pricing and business terms.
  • Utilize Sales Engineering and partner services effectively.
