We aim to deliver scalable hydrogen generation solutions with our Hybrion Electrolyser (ELY) Stack, producing 23 kg of hydrogen per hour at over 30 bar, with a power input of up to 1.25 MW. Our goal is to support a future-proof energy system that reduces CO2 emissions.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Achieving regional UK&I targets, including indirect sales via system partners outside the region.
  • Defining and executing regional sales strategies aligned with global customer and product strategies.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring visibility and accountability.
  • Identifying and supporting green hydrogen projects and funding opportunities, ensuring compliance with budgets, quality, risk, and schedules.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and leading high-quality bids for hydrogen projects with international customers.
  • Gathering feedback to optimize bid processes and effectiveness.
  • Marketing ELY business regionally in coordination with central marketing.
  • Representing ELY business to public and governmental authorities, advocating Bosch’s perspective on regulatory and funding topics.
Required Skills (Essential)
  • Extensive experience in the energy sector with UK&I contacts.
  • Deep understanding of the hydrogen value chain.
  • 8+ years in sales/business development with proven results.
  • Undergraduate degree in business, energy, or related field.
  • Ability to collaborate across regions with system partners outside the UK&I.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Desired Skills
  • Experience in sales within the hydrogen value chain.
  • Experience developing relationships with C-Level executives.
  • Experience with nascent products/services in new markets.
