Our client, a leading business in the Care sector is seeking a Regional Care Consultant to join them on a full‑time, permanent basis.

Due to an exciting period of growth, our client is looking to hire a Regional Care Consultant. In this field‑based role you will work directly with new clients, assisting with the ongoing management and support of designated Carers.

The ideal candidate must have a background in the Care sector and be confident in working directly with clients, understanding their needs and managing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments in client homes, performing in‑person evaluations and developing care plans.
  • Identify and assess risks in the clients' homes.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of the client, matching or suggesting the correct Carer.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the client and their family.
  • Ensure a high level of service is maintained.
  • Complete and manage all records and administrative duties related to clients.
Key Experience
  • Background in the Care sector, with an understanding of clients' needs and the ability to match the correct Carer.
  • Confident in liaising with clients face‑to‑face, understanding their needs while maintaining relationships.
  • Excellent administrative ability, capable of working in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confident in working closely with and conducting regular meetings with Carers.
