Job summary

A leading company in animal health is seeking a Business Development Manager to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships across designated areas in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in veterinary or pharmaceutical sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role requires regular travel and offers a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience in veterinary, animal health, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Eligible to work in the UK and have a valid passport for travel.
  • Full clean driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and profit objectives in line with company targets.
  • Develop territory business plans and sales strategies.
  • Implement best-in-class relationship management with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Train customers on product usage and deliver CPD.
