Job description

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Refrigeration M&E Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies covering Central London.

You’ll be working within your own dedicated sites as the client’s first point of call for PPM and reactive work.

Salary details: £42,432.00. Door-to-door pay for travel time. OTE with Overtime and Bonus + £8,000‑£12,000 additional earnings. Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• The role includes PPM works to agreed SOP’s on Retail Refrigeration Equipment like Packs and Cold storage, there will be some associated PPM tasks that are M&E Biased so training will be provided. During seasonal PPM freeze times, you will be required to assist the Refrigeration or M&E reactive teams
• The role includes PPM works to agreed SOP’s on M&E Equipment such as Air Conditioning, Heating, Heat Pumps, Electrical services and emergency lighting, there will be some associated PPM tasks that are Refrigeration Biased subject to your skill set so training will be provided.
