A leading mental health support organization in the UK is seeking a Wellbeing Practitioner to deliver holistic support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Responsibilities include providing tailored support, conducting assessments, and facilitating community engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field, along with excellent communication and organisational skills. As a Wellbeing Practitioner for our Redcar and ClevelandWellbeing Service, you will be responsible for delivering holistic support topeople, supporting them to foster self-empowerment to maintain their emotional,physical, and mental wellbeing. Your role will involve helping people to talkthrough their current situation and difficulties, uncover and re-evaluate theirstrengths, and put tools and plans in place to work towards their goals. Youwill also be required to deliver information and support outreach sessions, andto facilitate support groups.
We are looking for someone who can work part-time or full-time, working up to 36.5 hrs per week.
