Recruitment Resourcer No Experience Needed (But Ambition Required)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing and headhunting candidates via social media, job boards & creative search methods
• Attending industry events
• Speaking to candidates and building strong relationships
• Learning how to match people with the right opportunities
• Managing candidate pipelines and supporting live roles
• Developing real recruitment skills with clear progression opportunities
• Supporting across various divisions including - Tech, Energy, Professional Services, Sales & Marketing

• Confident communicator (phone, email, social media)
• Resilient, proactive, and not afraid of a challenge
• Organised with great attention to detail
• Experience in recruitment is a bonus, not a must
