The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll work closely with our experienced recruitment consultants to ensure a steady pipeline of skilled candidates for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and make a real impact within a thriving sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles within the construction, trades, and labour industry.
• Managing job adverts and candidate applications.
• Conducting telephone interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure ongoing engagement.
• Coordinating compliance checks, including right-to-work documentation and certifications.
• Supporting consultants with administrative tasks and database management.
• Maintaining excellent communication with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
