The Role

We're looking for a proactive, organised, and ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team in Central London.

This isn't a back-office admin role, you\'ll be at the heart of the action. As a Resourcer, you'll work directly with our consultants, helping to find and connect top talent with leading companies. It\'s fast-paced, people-focused, and no two days will be the same.

This role is perfect if you want a fast start in recruitment with a clear career path. Our progression model is fast; you could reach Director level within 2-3 years.

You'll be surrounded by experienced consultants who\'ll coach you, and you'll see first-hand how deals are made, clients are won, and careers are built.

What you\'ll be doing
  • Spot talent - searching LinkedIn, job boards, and networks to find standout candidates
  • Engage with people - speaking to candidates daily, understanding their goals, and matching them with exciting opportunities
  • Market opportunities - writing job ads and posting them to our various job boards
  • Support consultants - helping with client relationships, shortlists, interview coordination, and follow-ups
  • Grow your knowledge - learning recruitment systems, how the industry works, and what makes a successful consultant
Skills & Qualities We\'re Looking For
  • Strong communication skills, you enjoy talking to people and building relationships
  • Organised and detail-driven, able to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • A natural problem solver who likes finding solutions quickly
