Recruitment HR Co-ordinator — 9-5pm, onsite, Ipswich. Parking.

35,000pa FTE, 3 month contract

We are seeking an organised and proactive Recruitment HR Co-ordinator with proven recruitment experience to support the end-to-end employee lifecycle. This role plays a key part in managing recruitment activity, supporting hiring managers, and ensuring HR operations run smoothly during a busy period. The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple vacancies, working closely with line managers and external recruitment agencies, and delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle and recruitment activity.
  • Manage multiple vacancies and coordinate with line managers and external recruitment agencies.
  • Support hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels to ensure timely and effective hiring processes.
  • Deliver a positive candidate and stakeholder experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with HR operations to run smoothly during busy periods.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a recruitment role, ideally inhouse.
  • Demonstrable end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Experience working with recruitment agencies and managing agency relationships.

  • Confident user of HR systems, ATS platforms, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law (desirable).
