In this role, you’ll work with academies across all phases of education, helping to recruit outstanding teachers and support staff. Your work will make a real difference, positively impacting thousands of pupils across the South West.
You’ll enjoy a varied workload, managing end-to-end recruitment activities for a number of academies within our cluster regions. Working as part of a collaborative team, but also with the autonomy to manage your own workload, you’ll be placing advertisements, supporting candidate attraction for key/hard-to-fill roles and providing robust and measured pre-employment compliance checks - all of this is underpinned by streamlined systems and processes to efficiently support all recruitment activities.
We’re looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills, able to manage compliance responsibilities while bringing fresh ideas to recruitment advertising.
