  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across Sales, Marketing, CS, Partnerships, RevOps, and more
  • Advise clients on hiring strategy, market insights, compensation trends, and team structure
  • Source and engage top-tier GTM talent using creative, targeted approaches
  • Execute with speed, precision, and a deep understanding of GTM motions and metrics
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in recruitment—ideally within SaaS, tech, or GTM-related roles
  • Strong commercial acumen and a passion for understanding how organizations scale
