Overview

Recruitment Consultant - Construction, Reading. Salary depends on billing history and experience + commission and benefits. Are you a dedicated Recruitment Consultant within Construction? Our client based in central Reading is looking to recruit a money-motivated, ambitious and personable Construction Recruiter during a growth period.

Responsibilities
  • Work in the construction recruitment sector and develop strong client and candidate relationships.
  • Be a builder of relationships and work with a style of recruiting that fits the business culture.
  • Source candidates from multiple channels (databases, referrals, job boards, social media, etc.).
  • Maintain up-to-date records on the internal database at all times.
  • Identify repeat business opportunities and contribute to business development.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work toward and exceed targets; be a team player with a positive outlook.
Qualifications
