Recruitment Consultant - (Built Environment and Engineering)

North London - N14 (Southgate)

£26,000 to £30,000 + uncapped commission (up to 25%) paid monthly + benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading and well respected recruitment consultancy, already working with global clients across the Building Design, Engineering & Construction Sector.

We are currently looking for a talented consultant to assist on our Engineering & Construction desk. Cotleigh already have established Clients within the Building Engineering, MEP, Architecture, Renewable Energy and BIM markets.

This is a great opportunity to expand the division further whilst being fully supported by the director and recruitment team to achieve this.

Requirements

• Experience with Building Engineering, Design & Construction recruitment ideal, however we are open to training a proven permanent recruiter from other sectors.
• Previous permanent recruitment / headhunting experience, utilising LinkedIn, job boards, CRM and candidate networks.
• Excellent communication skills with experience working in 360 recruitment role.
• Team player, able to work with and support the existing team.

Office & Culture

We work in a very nice listed courtyard building in Southgate, North London, in an open plan, friendly and professional environment and plenty of social events and team nights out. The office is easily accessible on the tube as well as overground and on-site parking is available.
