Overview

We are looking for our next Recruitment Consultant and a teammate who considers their working environment and a family life balance most important. We need you a Recruitment Consultant to help (not do it on your own) develop our enviable and extensive client base, from our office in Stretford (Old Trafford) Manchester. You ll manage the full recruitment cycle developing client relationships, sourcing candidates through Job Boards and social media. The Recruitment Consultant role will involve friendly/warm outbound phone calls to clients and prospects plus, occasional visits to clients so a full driving licence is necessary.

We are offering our new Recruitment Consultant the following:

• Salary to £30k pa on passing probation
• Individual and uncapped £8k pa bonus paid on new business (including lapsed clients!)
• Office performance bonus of £2.4k pa paid to each member of staff
• On-call payment per annum of approx. £2.4k pa (1-week in every-3)
• 20% of any new business perm fee
• 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00
• 34-days holiday (includes Bank Holidays and an extra day for your birthday).
• Higher pension contribution of 5% (not the usual 3%)
