Responsibilities

• Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates.
• Driving sales activity, from prospecting new business to closing opportunities.
• Matching talented candidates to the right roles and guiding them through the recruitment process.
• Working core hours 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with participation in a rota'd on-call system.
