Overview

The Staffing Network is a national temporary and permanent labour provider operating from multiple sites across the UK since 2015. We specialise in Driving and Industrial recruitment including HGV drivers, production and warehousing staff, office staff and field workers. We hold a GLAA licence and are REC and ALP Members. We are relocating our Northern Hub Office to Featherstone, Pontefract, a High Street shop front with ample on-street parking.

Role

We are looking for experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants. If you haven’t done this before or don’t know what it is, please do not apply. This role covers Driving, Industrial, Commercial and GLAA work. We want candidates who have done this before and can manage a client through from start to finish, as 360 sales and service experience is a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships from initial contact through to placement and ongoing service.
• Operate as a 360 Recruitment Consultant across Driving, Industrial, Commercial and GLAA assignments.
• Billable responsibilities with the expectation to actively bill and achieve targets.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule around 9–5 with Friday early finish; additional hours as needed to bill.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Experience as a Recruitment Consultant in the High Street branch recruitment market or equivalent 360 recruitment experience.
• Ability to follow a client through from start to finish; strong 360 sales and service capabilities.
• Self-motivated, able to work with minimal micro-management, and focused on billing.
