• Manage the overall function of the branch.
• Ensure professional office conduct.
• Lead weekly meetings and set task objectives.
• Achieve budget and targets.
• Manage health & safety and staffing issues.
• Lead weekly meetings and set task objectives.

• React to any negotiation or client query by troubleshooting, identifying problems and quickly resolving.
• Manage the team's annual appraisals.
• Review any training issues or requirements with individuals.
