A healthcare consulting firm in Manchester seeks a Recruitment Administrator to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, conduct interviews, and support hiring managers. The ideal candidate has 6 to 12 months of relevant experience and exceptional organizational skills. This position offers a hybrid working model and various professional development opportunities in a collaborative team environment.
We offer flexible working arrangements that allow colleagues who have passed probation to work from home up to half their time, measured across a 2-week rolling period. During probation (normally the first 6 months) you may work from home 1 day per week.
This role would be ideal for professionals with internal or agency recruitment experience who are seeking a collaborative, in-house role. You will recruit for numerous positions simultaneously and should be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
