Responsibilities
  • End-to-end recruitment administration for multiple roles, including the creation and posting of job adverts, reviewing applications, marking assessments and arranging interviews
  • Overseeing the recruitment inbox and answering candidate queries
  • Conducting telephone interviews, reviewing self-recorded video interviews and greeting candidates arriving for face-to-face interviews
  • Headhunting and proactively reaching out to prospective candidates
  • Providing guidance and support to hiring managers regarding talent acquisition strategies and candidate attraction methods
  • Researching, organising, hosting and attending career fairs with universities and other professional or student-focused organisations
  • Ensuring recruitment procedures are fair, inclusive, and compliant with best practice
  • Ad-hoc tasks and projects in support of the wider People and Talent Acquisition function, including diversity and inclusion projects, creating new features and content for the website, gathering feedback from new employees and implementing other recruitment solutions
Hybrid Working Policy

We offer flexible working arrangements that allow colleagues who have passed probation to work from home up to half their time, measured across a 2-week rolling period. During probation (normally the first 6 months) you may work from home 1 day per week.
