You will be responsible for all stages of the recruitment process for multiple roles, delivering an excellent recruitment experience for all candidates, and supporting our strategic approach to recruitment and candidate attraction. The role is fast-paced and involves coordinating university and other external events, improving internal processes, and contributing to our employer brand.

We offer flexible working arrangements that allow colleagues who have passed probation to work from home up to half their time, measured over a 2-week rolling period. During probation (usually the first 6 months) you may work from home 1 day per week.
