Overview

Are you a recruitment or HR professional looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy shaping recruitment strategy and delivering an exceptional candidate experience? Are you ready to own end-to-end recruitment across various teams? Costello Medical is seeking a new in-house Recruitment Administrator to help spearhead our growth. You will be responsible for all stages of the recruitment process for multiple roles, delivering an excellent recruitment experience for all candidates, and supporting our strategic approach to recruitment and candidate attraction. The role is fast-paced and involves coordinating university and other external events, improving internal processes, and contributing to our employer brand.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-end recruitment administration for multiple roles, including job advert creation/posting, reviewing applications, assessing candidates, and arranging interviews
  • Manage recruitment inbox and respond to candidate queries
  • Conduct telephone interviews, review self-recorded video interviews, and greet candidates at face-to-face interviews
  • Head-hunt and proactively reach out to prospective candidates
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies and candidate attraction methods
  • Research, organise, host and attend career fairs with universities and other student-focused organisations
  • Ensure recruitment procedures are fair, inclusive, and compliant with best practice
  • Ad-hoc tasks and projects supporting the wider People and Talent Acquisition function (e.g., diversity and inclusion projects, website content, gathering feedback from new employees, and improving recruitment solutions)

Requirements / Qualifications

Hybrid Working

We offer flexible working arrangements that allow colleagues who have passed probation to work from home up to half their time, measured over a 2-week rolling period. During probation (usually the first 6 months) you may work from home 1 day per week.
