Overview

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. You will assist with job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, and the maintenance of recruitment records, helping to deliver a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment team with the full administration of the hiring process
  • Post job adverts across internal and external platforms
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage candidate communications, including interview confirmations and outcome notifications
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely information
  • Process offer letters, contracts, and pre-employment checks in line with compliance requirements
  • Liaise with HR and hiring teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process
  • Generate regular reports and metrics related to recruitment activity
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR/recruitment support role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking or HR systems
  • A team-focused attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
