Overview

In a nutshellWe're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic recruiter to join our in-house recruitment team. You'll support hiring across different areas of the firm, working closely with hiring managers to help find and attract the right candidates. You'll be part of a collaborative and welcoming team that's committed to delivering a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved in the recruitment process.

What you'll be doing day to day
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and help shape the best approach
  • Create engaging job adverts and work with our Marketing Team to promote roles
  • Support departments by sourcing candidates, review applications, and coordinate offers
  • Help ensure a smooth onboarding experience by working with hiring managers and the wider People Team
  • Talk through job offers and terms with successful candidates
  • Use recruitment systems to keep track of applications and progress
  • Liaise with trusted external recruitment agencies to support hiring for specialist or hard-to-fill roles
  • Involvement in team projects and to help improve how we work
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in-house or within an agency
  • Strong writing skills for job adverts and recruitment communications
  • Confidence and creativity in tackling hard-to-fill roles and sourcing hard-to-find talent
  • Commitment to delivering an excellent service to candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues
  • Flexible, proactive approach, with the ability to travel between offices and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in a professional services environment is desirable but not essential
