A community support organization in Truro seeks a Recovery Worker to assist clients in setting and achieving their goals. This role involves managing a diverse caseload, creating tailored treatment plans, and collaborating with various services to provide respectful care. Candidates should have experience in health or social care and hold or be willing to obtain ONC/NVQ level 3. Full-time position with a salary range of £25,000 to £30,000 p.a., along with various benefits including annual leave, flexible working, and volunteer leave.

We are part of a large integrated drug and alcohol service working with some of Cornwall’s most excluded and disadvantaged people. Successful candidates will work as part of the adult community team, alongside in‑house services which include outreach, hospital, clinical, criminal justice and a residential rehabilitation facility.
Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions and passions. You will work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and guide them on their path to recovery. You will provide continuity of care through partnership working, care coordination, key responsibilities and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they are treated with respect and dignity. Salary starts at £25,000 p.a. and rises to £30,000 p.a. in line with our pay progression bands.
