The Client:

An established international law firm are looking for a temporary Receptionist/Office Assistant. They are looking for a polished, organised candidate to provide additional support, on a part-time (60%), ongoing basis.

The Role:

This role is part-time, and up to 60% of the working week. Responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting all guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Management and coordination of postal deliveries
  • Organisation of meeting rooms (including refreshments)
  • Inbox management
  • Office and administrative support to the office
  • Any additional duties, as required.
Candidate specification:
  • Previous front of house, reception, or office experience. Experience within a professional services environment is preferred.
