Ward Administrator

As a Ward Receptionist, you will be the face of Nuffield Health Woking Hospital and play a part in building a healthier nation. You will provide an excellent customer service experience and be sensitive to our customers’ needs and be confident to deal with various departments within the hospital.

As Ward Receptionist, you will :
  • Have the ability to explain sensitive or complicated information in a clear, sympathetic and easily understood manner,
  • Coordinate, plan and organise a wide range of daily activities and preparing all the relevant clinical paperwork for patient’s relating to their procedure,
  • Maintain an accurate account of patient treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records,
  • Obtain, record and update patients’ personal information,
  • Protect patients’ rights through maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal and financial information,
  • Use your empathy and customer service skills to build a positive relationship,
  • Answer the phone, dealing with enquiries and booking appointments,
  • Good IT and keyboard skills,
  • You will have experience working within Healthcare administration or a relevant reception environment,
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve the daily goals.
